Follow Up Coaching
The workshops and retreats don’t end when you leave the room for the last time. Mr. Hughes believes strongly in the follow up after the workshop or retreat is completed. Whether it is the parent or the teen, a six week to six month coaching program is available to all graduates. The coaching process includes a monthly meeting with Mark, monthly webinars, weekly telephone appointments and the support of a buddy. Integrate what you learn and be results driven with the accountability of your personal coach and buddy.
